1. Overview

Aras Demir provides Narrela. This policy covers the iOS app and this website. No Narrela account is required. Learning progress is stored on your device; purchase-related information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to operate Pro. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. Learning data on your device

Your language and level, reading preferences, saved vocabulary, completed stories, quiz progress, streaks and reminder settings are stored locally. Narrela does not send these learning records to RevenueCat. Device backups may be handled separately by Apple according to your device settings.

3. Pro purchases and RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, determine Pro access, restore purchases and understand subscription performance. Its SDK creates a random app user identifier without requiring your name or email. It processes purchase history and transaction information, including purchased products, purchase and renewal dates, subscription status and entitlements. It also receives technical information needed to provide the service, such as app and SDK versions, platform, locale and currency. Connections to service providers may involve processing your IP address to deliver and secure requests. The SDK can contact RevenueCat when you open the app, even if you have not purchased Pro.

Apple handles billing. Narrela and RevenueCat do not receive your payment-card number or bank details from Apple. We do not send RevenueCat your name or email or enable advertising identifiers in this integration. A random identifier is not a guarantee that transaction records are completely anonymous. 4. Purposes and service providers

We process purchase information to provide the access you buy, validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud, support customers and analyze subscription performance. Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of our contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and understanding subscription performance. RevenueCat acts as a service provider for subscription management. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, using applicable data-transfer safeguards.

5. Notifications and audio

Reading reminders are optional and scheduled locally after you grant notification permission. Narrela does not use a remote push service for them. Audio uses bundled narration or Apple speech synthesis. Narrela does not record your voice or request microphone access.

6. Website and support

This website has no account system, advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Vercel hosts it and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please do not send card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Retention and your choices

You can remove local learning data by deleting the app and manage notifications in iOS Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase and support records are retained for as long as needed to provide and restore access, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes; lifetime access may require retaining the corresponding purchase record while access is provided.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. Because we do not require an account, we may need limited purchase information to locate and verify your record. We may retain records where legally required. Apple-held account and billing data must be managed with Apple.

8. Children

Narrela does not request a child’s name, age or contact details or send learning profiles to RevenueCat. Purchase-related processing described above still applies when the app is used. Parents or guardians should supervise purchases and can use Apple’s parental controls. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as features and requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice where required for material changes.
